New York, NY – October 3, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder hosts an installment of the CRE Finance Council After Work Series on October 3rd in New York City. Partner, Mark Fawer, will be the moderator for the “Current Trends and Legislative and Regulatory Changes Affecting Construction and Development Real Estate Financing” panel featuring Dan Cooperman, Chief Origination Officer of Terra Capital Partners, Francillia Le Blanc, Managing Director of Centennial Bank and Christina Zausner, Senior Director of CRE Finance Council. The panel will discuss the changes to limitations and restrictions affecting HVCRE loans, the effect of those changes on the capital markets and financing practices and market trends and structuring of capital stacks.
