GREENSPOON MARDER HOSTS THE UNITED FOR CARE FINAL 2016 POLICY CONFERENCE
MIAMI, FL – September 16, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder is the host sponsor of this year’s United for Care Final 2016 Policy Conference. This will be the last policy conference before the November 8th election, where 60% of the vote is needed for the passage of Florida’s medical marijuana ballot initiative commonly known as Amendment 2.
United for Care is the leading organization advocating for a comprehensive medical marijuana law. They have taken it upon themselves to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information on the current and future status of medical marijuana in Florida. Recent polling shows that over 70% of Floridians support the legalization of medical marijuana in our state.
Attorney Matt Ginder was a featured speaker at the conference were he addressed the audience and answered legal related questions. The panel titled “The Future of Medical Marijuana in Florida” was a legal panel discussing the issues facing the medical marijuana system in Florida and what can be done to improve those issues following the passage of Amendment 2.
Mr. Ginder plays an integral role in the firm’s development and expansion of its Cannabis Law practice, which provides counsel to clients on the complex legal and business issues impacting cannabis-related companies.
