Fort Lauderdale, FL – May 9, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to host the Wharton Club of South Florida: Cannabis Industry Update. The event will feature Greenspoon Marder co-managing director, Gerald Greenspoon, and President of Viridian Capital Advisors, Scott Greiper. Mr. Greenspoon and Mr. Greiper will discuss the insider’s view on the challenges in financing and legislation in the cannabis industry, and learn about the opportunities for investors, growers, processors and dispensaries of the future.

The Wharton Club of South Florida provides education and networking opportunities for the 2,000 alumni that live or work in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. The club is one of the largest and most active business school alumni networks in South Florida.

Gerald (Gerry) Greenspoon co-founded Greenspoon Marder in 1981.
