Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – August 10, 2015 – Greenspoon Marder Law shareholder, Beth-Ann Krimsky, has been selected to be honored by The Daily Business Review, as one of the 2015 Top 20 South Florida Women in Law. This recognition honors twenty current and former judges, public servants, veteran litigators and other South Florida attorneys with notable achievements in law.
Krimsky is a commercial litigator whose practice includes a broad variety of business litigation, including complex real estate and land use litigation. She also handles cases involving e-Commerce, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including the defense of single plaintiff and class action claims. Her practice includes trial work in both Federal and State Courts throughout the State of Florida, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
Actively involved in the community, Krimsky is the Board President of the I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation. She was selected as Outstanding Mother of the Year by the HMHB of Broward County, Inc. in 2014 and serves as an inaugural member of the national Board of the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2).
Ms. Krimsky is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating System and has been consistently recognized among “Top Lawyers” since 2004 by the South Florida Legal Guide, first as an “Up & Comer” and then as a Top Lawyer.
