Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – June 12, 2014 – Evan Glasser, an associate in the Litigation department at Greenspoon Marder Law’s Cypress Creek office, recently graduated Leadership Fort Lauderdale’s Class XX. The ceremony was held on May 21, 2014 at ArtServe in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Leadership Fort Lauderdale, sponsored by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, is a program designed to create better communities by identifying, educating and motivating leaders .Additionally, the program enhances an individual’s leadership, networking and business development capabilities. Participants are given the fundamental skills needed to positively impact their local communities, and those of surrounding regions.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder Law, Glasser served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney in Broward County, where he served as the prosecutor for the Economic Crime, Felony and Misdemeanor Trial units.
Admitted to The Florida Bar, Glasser holds court admissions for the U.S. District Court of the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the 2013-2014 class of the Horizons Leadership Program of the Jewish Federation of Broward County and a previous member of Toastmasters International and FFASA. Glasser earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
