Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – January 13, 2015 – Alison Baker has joined the Litigation practice group of Greenspoon Marder Law’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Alison Baker is an experienced commercial litigator, routinely representing clients in a wide variety of business matters, including contract disputes, fraudulent transfers, business torts and breaches of fiduciary duty. In addition, Ms. Baker has significant experience addressing real estate litigation matters, and has litigated title insurance claims, contract disputes involving the purchase of commercial property, easement and other property rights, and landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. Baker’s practice extends to state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation.

Baker earned her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College. She is admitted to practice in Florida, Connecticut and New York.
