Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – October 23, 2014 – Morgan F. Spector joins the Complex Litigation practice group of Greenspoon Marder Law’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Spector is experienced in civil and commercial litigation including contract disputes, consumer claims, defense of financial institutions, financial institution compliance issues, and insurance disputes. She handles a large variety of general litigation matters involving debt settlement, credit counseling, credit reporting, debt collection, and consumer fraud and protection (both state and federal counterparts).
Spector holds court admissions for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Spector earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
