Orlando, Fla. – August 3, 2015 – Greenspoon Marder Law shareholders, Victor Kline and Jack Pelzer, recently secured a victory in the Fifth District Court of Appeal of the State of Florida. The verdict in the underlying case was nearly $26 million.
The case involved an automobile accident where a vehicle collided with a motorcyclist causing significant injuries to the plaintiff.
Kline also provided litigation support to the trial attorneys, helping to secure the significant damages.
