Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – November 15, 2023 – Earlier this month, the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance released the results of its 2023 New Partner Report (“Report”) – a compilation of public data related to the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partner in U.S. and global law firms. Among 77 other law firms, Greenspoon Marder was recognized as a 2023 Tipping the Scales firm for having 50% or more women in its 2023 partner class. The Report also revealed that 43.7% of new partners from 196 major U.S. law firms in 2023 were women, representing a substantial 3.5% increase from last year.
