This collection of essays delves into the paths women lawyers navigate in their profession, offering valuable insights and practical advice. In the fourth chapter, Ms. Krimsky addresses the intricacies and importance of time management in the legal field.
Her Story is designed to encourage further discussion on topics so many attorneys face but seldom speak about openly. Each chapter ends with questions to facilitate discussion in a roundtable or meeting setting; or to reflect on personally. Topics covered include developing business and creating your brand, mentorships; mapping your career path and planning for retirement; advice on being authentic, resilient, and grounded; and overcoming obstacles as you find your path to what you define as success.
As head of the national litigation department at Greenspoon Marder LLP, Ms. Krimsky is a seasoned commercial litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes a wide variety of business cases including complex real estate and land use litigation, commercial disputes, fraud-based litigation, class action defense, estate and probate law litigation and marketing, privacy and compliance matters throughout the nation. Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Krimsky actively volunteers and serves in many community leadership roles including the Boards of the Memorial and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundations, where she is set to become Chairperson this coming year.
