Miami – September 5, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder announces International Wealth and Asset Planning Group partner and co-chair Carl H. Linder has been recently appointed to serve on the board for the Lawyers for Israel Society of Jewish National Fund-USA (JNF-USA).
Founded in 1901, JNF-USA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and United Nations NGO (non-governmental organization) that gives all generations of Jews a unique voice in building a prosperous future for the land of Israel and its people. JNF-USA is the single largest provider of Zionist programs in the U.S. Its work is divided into seven program areas: Forestry & Green Innovations, Water Solutions, Community Building, Zionist Education & Advocacy, Research & Development, Heritage Sites, and Disabilities & Special Needs.
Mr. Linder has advised individuals, family offices, and business clients regarding global and domestic estate and gift taxes, corporate taxes, international taxes, and state and local taxes. Additionally, Mr. Linder has used his knowledge to plan for inbound and outbound transfers of property, foreign entity structures including controlled foreign corporations and other international business companies, treaty-based positions, real property transfers, investment tax credits, and enterprise incentive programs (such as OZ Funds), personal income tax and tax-related compliance issues. Mr. Linder is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences related to family tax planning, family governance, and succession planning.
