Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – July 19, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder partner Dana Somerstein has been recognized in the inaugural edition of the Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation guide. The Lawdragon editorial team selected 500 honorees using a selection process created over 35 years of researching and reporting on the legal profession and creating guides for the most effective legal professionals. Through submissions, journalistic research of the lawyers behind some of the biggest deals and cases, and editorial vetting from a board of fellow peers, the majority of lawyers selected have been in practice between seven and 15 years, are partners in their firm, and are emerging in leadership positions in their practice area.
Ms. Somerstein is a partner in the Real Estate, and Banking and Finance practice groups representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including counseling developers and lenders on the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. She has experience working throughout the United States closing transactions involving retail, mixed-use, multi-family, hotel, office, warehouse, condominium, automobile dealership, and self-storage.
