Greenspoon Marder Partner David Kubiliun Appointed To Serve On The Florida Bar’s Student Education And Admission To The Bar Committee

Fort Lauderdale, FL – June 25, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner David Kubiliun has been appointed to serve on the Florida Bar’s Student Education and Admission to the Bar Committee in 2020-2021. The scope and function of the Student Education & Admission to the Bar Committee is to determine whether or not law schools are adequately preparing their students for the practice of law and if it is concluded that they are not, to make specific recommendations to the Bar’s Board of Governors and law school deans. Mr. Kubiliun previously served on this committee from 2018-2019.

Mr. Kubiliun is Chairman of Greenspoon Marder’s White Collar and Criminal Defense practice group. His practice focuses on effective representation of complex high-profile cases.
