Miami, FL – May 30, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner Deborah Baker will be a featured speaker at the Florida Association for Women Lawyers Miami-Dade Chapter’s (MDFAWL) Equity Pay Gap Panel on May 30th. The panel will discuss the Miami legal industry’s 47% equity pay gap. MDFAWL is a volunteer bar association dedicated to actively promoting the advancement of women in the legal profession, expanding the leadership role of its members in the community at large, and promoting women’s rights.
Deborah Baker is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder, is a Past-President of MDFAWL, and sits on the Florida Bar Board of Governors. Ms. Baker focuses her law practice in the area of commercial litigation, with significant emphasis in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Ms. Baker has represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate litigation matters, and has represented receivers. She has also successfully represented commercial landlords in connection with lease negotiations and disputes.
