Key Biscayne, FL – March 20, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner Deborah Baker will be honored at the Women of Distinction Judicial Awards Gala on March 20th in Key Biscayne with the “10-30 Years of Practice – Women of Distinction Award.” The annual Women of Distinction Gala honors the role of women judges & lawyers in the community. Ms. Baker is a member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors and is a Past-President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Miami-Dade chapter.
Deborah Baker is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Ms. Baker focuses her law practice in the area of commercial litigation, with significant emphasis in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Ms. Baker has represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate litigation matters, and has represented receivers. She has also successfully represented commercial landlords in connection with lease negotiations and disputes.
