Los Angeles – October 15, 2025 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to announce that partner Elissa Miller has been recognized by the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County (NLSLA) with the Outstanding Pro Bono Award at its annual Pro Bono and Volunteer Appreciation Party. This distinguished award celebrates attorneys whose exceptional dedication and service have made a lasting difference in the lives of clients and the broader community.
Ms. Miller was recognized for her dedicated efforts in a challenging pro bono case that delivered a life-changing result for her client. She successfully secured the orders necessary to compel the sale of property, which was co-owned by the client, which will provide the funds necessary for her client to transition into assisted living. When first asked if she would take on the case, Ms. Miller did not hesitate to say “yes.”
