Fort Lauderdale, FL, July 10, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner John Pelzer has been re-appointed to serve on The Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Certification Committee as the Committee’s Vice Chair. Certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of the competency and experience of attorneys in the 26 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida. Mr. Pelzer previously served as Chairman of this committee.
John H. Pelzer is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Appellate Law, a select credential earned by experience, examination, enhanced continuing education and peer review by judges and lawyers in the field. He handles appeals on all substantive law subject matters.
