Ft. Lauderdale, FL – June 9, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Marla Neufeld, will be a featured speaker at the Men Having Babies Florida Conference in Fort Lauderdale. Men Having Babies (MHB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to their mission of educating gay prospective parents about how they may achieve biological parenting. As a panelist, Ms. Neufeld will be offering her legal expertise on topics including surrogacy and egg donation practices, contracts, and securing parentage rights. Additionally, MHB will be featuring Ms. Neufeld’s book that she co-authored for the American Bar Association entitled, ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success, at their book fair.
Ms. Neufeld is a partner and founder of Greenspoon Marder’s Surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group. Drawing from her own personal journey with infertility and the use of a gestational surrogate, Ms. Neufeld utilizes her transactional law background and combines it with her compassion and understanding of the surrogacy and adoption process in order to help others start a family using the available third party reproductive technologies and adoption laws in Florida. Ms. Neufeld is a frequent lecturer, author, and co-author of ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success.
