Greenspoon Marder Partner Marla Neufeld to be a Featured Speaker at the Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers Luncheon

Fort Lauderdale, FL – February 6, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Marla Neufeld, will be a featured speaker at the Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers Luncheon on February 6th. Ms. Neufeld will cover the legal implications relating to third party assisted reproduction. The presentation will provide an overview on the surrogacy, egg, and sperm donor statutes and pre-planned adoption contracts.

Ms. Neufeld is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Surrogacy practice group. She is the founder of the firm’s Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group and represents parties using a surrogate, egg, sperm or embryo donor.
