Ms. Neufeld is a partner and founder of Greenspoon Marder’s Surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group. Drawing from her own personal journey with infertility and the use of a gestational surrogate, Ms. Neufeld utilizes her transactional law background and combines it with her compassion and understanding of the surrogacy and adoption process in order to help others start a family using the available third party reproductive technologies and adoption laws in Florida. Ms. Neufeld is a frequent lecturer, author, and co-author of ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success.
