Toronto, ON – November 14, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner Michael Smith will be a featured speaker at the “Fundamentals of U.S. Securities Law: What Canadian Legal Professionals Need To Know” Conference on November 14th in Toronto. Mr. Smith will speak on the “Public Offerings” session, which will discuss topics including the basic requirements of Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933, SEC offering rules, MJDS offerings, bought deal considerations, and blue sky requirements.
