Edison, N.J. – March 18, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder immigration partner Nandini Nair was recently selected among Law360’s 2021 Immigration Editorial Board. The purpose of the editorial advisory board is to get feedback on Law360‘s coverage and gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage. Ms. Nair also served on the editorial advisory board in 2019.
Ms. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and I-9 and work site compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes.
