Orlando, FL – June 19, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner Patricia Gannon will be a panelist at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference on Immigration Law on June 19th in Orlando. Ms. Gannon will speak on the “How Do You Charge – Flat Fee or Hourly Rate?” topic. This panel will discuss the pros and cons of flat fees and hourly billings, and suggest ways in which you can maximize your earnings. The AILA Annual Conference is where the largest gathering of immigration attorneys in the country come together to exchange strategies, solutions, and resources over four days of learning and nearly 150 sessions and special events.

Ms. Gannon is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Immigration and Naturalization practice group and serves on Management Committee at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Gannon focuses her practice on business immigration. She advises multi-nationals on employment verification matters and develops various compliance strategies and programs. Ms. Gannon, as a member of the Foreign American Counsel, concentrates her international practice on global immigration and provides outbound assistance to foreign companies. She facilitates and organizes global human resources through the implementation of visa and management of global mobility staff.
