Mr. Siegel will deliver the Master Series presentation, discussing the most effective ways to protect your company from the explosion of lawsuits under the ADA, FMLA and beyond. Mr. Kemper will speak on the “Legal Considerations for the Modern Workplace in 2020” session. Peter R. Siegel practices in the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups at Greenspoon Marder. He represents employers and employees in litigating the full range of workplace issues, including wrongful discharge, non-compete agreements, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992.
