Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 8, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Peter Siegel, delivered the Master Series presentation at the Human Resource Association of Broward County’s (HRABC) Annual Conference on October 5th. Mr. Siegel’s speech, entitled “Strange but True HR Nightmares and the Important Legal Lessons We Must All Learn,” focused on today’s hottest labor issues including social media in the workplace, overtime litigation and the unavoidable intersection between the ADA and FMLA.

Mr. Siegel represents employers and employees in litigating the full range of workplace issues, including wrongful discharge, non-compete agreements, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992.
