Los Angeles – June 21, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder Bankruptcy and Reorganization partner Elissa D. Miller has been named to the Top Women Lawyers 2024 list by Daily Journal for a second year in a row. In this special report, Ms. Miller is honored among other women lawyers who have made a difference to their clients, their firms, and their profession and is recognized as one of the most accomplished female attorneys in the state of California.
Ms. Miller is a well-established bankruptcy lawyer and fiduciary, representing secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, and trustees in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. She has been a member of the Chapter 7 Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee in the Central District of California for over 20 years. Ms. Miller also represents both secured and unsecured creditors in all cases, and counsels a wide array of clients including public and private corporations, financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and small businesses.
