Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – October 5, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partners Manuel Crespo and Patricia Gannon have been selected to Latino Leaders Magazine’s “Top Latino Lawyers” 2022 list. Latino Leaders Magazine is a national publication that promotes and publishes stories of Latino success, which demonstrate the influence Latinos have in the United States across a broad range of professions and endeavors. The publication’s selection committee narrowed their submissions to exclusively 55 lawyers that have been deemed the most relevant and successful law practitioners across the nation.
Manuel L. Crespo is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder. For many years, he has concentrated his practice in real estate and commercial transactions, including title insurance, condominium development and the conversion from existing rental unit buildings to condominium ownership. Mr. Crespo has litigated real property disputes, contract and title disputes, construction, landlord-tenant, foreclosures, and other real estate matters. His institutional clients have included national banks and real estate developers. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Crespo has made a significant and continuing contribution to the community. He is past president of the Cuban-American Bar Association (CABA), one of the largest minority voluntary bar associations in Florida.
Patricia L. Gannon is a partner, chair of Greenspoon Marder’s Immigration and Naturalization practice group, a member of the Management Committee, and serves as the Deputy Managing Partner of the New York office at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Gannon focuses her practice on business immigration. She advises multi-nationals on employment verification matters and develops various compliance strategies and programs. Ms. Gannon, as a member of the Foreign American Counsel, concentrates her international practice on global immigration and provides outbound assistance to foreign companies. She facilitates and organizes global human resources through the implementation of visa and management of global mobility staff. Ms. Gannon has lectured nationally and internationally on immigration issues to bar associations and industry groups.
