Michael Alman and Jamie Alman represent high-net-worth individuals and families in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, alimony, child support, child custody and timesharing, parental responsibility, enforcement and modification proceedings, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Michael Alman has practiced family law for more than four decades and co-founded Family Services Broward, a nonprofit that provides free or low-cost supervised timesharing, parenting coordination, reunification therapy and co-parenting services to low-income families involved in high-conflict family court matters. Jamie Alman was recently appointed co-chair of the Family Law Section for the Broward County Bar Association.
Elizabeth Tener leads the firm’s Central Florida family law practice and has more than 20 years of experience as a trial attorney. She began her career in 2004 as an Assistant State Attorney and tried more than 50 jury trials as a felony prosecutor in the 15th Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach. Her family law practice covers traditional and collaborative divorce, high-net-worth divorce, LGBTQ family issues, alimony, child custody, relocation, paternity, and step-parent adoption. She has worked with forensic accountants, business valuators, and child custody evaluators on complex cases.
