Miami, Fla. – June 3, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that the firm has partnered with Base Miami as they launch the “Market Entry Bootcamp” program designed to assist 12 Latin American companies as they look to expand successfully into the U.S.
The month long program, beginning July 9, will provide the chosen companies the essential information business owners and entrepreneurs need before breaking into the competitive U.S. market. Throughout the group sessions, participants will hear powerful insight from market leaders, receive one-on-one coaching from Market Entry experts and more.
Greenspoon Marder partners Manuel Crespo and Marcela Bermudez will also lead informative sessions around the legal complexities in real estate, corporate law, and immigration that entrepreneurs must consider. Camilo Padron of ASELA USA, Melissa Medina of eMerge Americas, and Diana Londono of Miami-Dade Beacon Council are among the list of prominent thought leaders to participate in the program.
“As the firm continues its strategic growth into new markets, Latin America is a key focus. Over the last several years, the LATAM presence has steadily flourished in South Florida, with the recent Miami Tech movement accelerating that growth and interest for business owners to migrate their companies to the U.S.,” said partner Manuel Crespo. “Greenspoon Marder is proud to be at the forefront of this movement, and support Latin American business owners and entrepreneurs looking to make the move.”
Base Miami and Mana Tech will be hosting two complimentary webinars entitled “Seven Deadly Sins of U.S. Market Entry” on June 4 at 9 a.m. ET and “How to Get Market Fit” on June 18 at 9 a.m. ET. The first webinar will be held in Spanish and the second webinar and all Bootcamp sessions will be held in English.
