NEW YORK – November 13, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to be a sponsor of the 12thAnnual Men Having Babies – 2016 Surrogacy Seminar & Gay Parenting Expo tpday in New York. Senior counsel, Marla Neufeld, will be in attendance promoting her recent published book, The American Bar Association’s Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success.
For gay men who want to become parents through surrogacy, the Men Having Babies educational conferences are a rare opportunity to get under one roof a wealth of information, advice and access a wide range of relevant service providers — and from an unbiased non-profit organization. The conference has developed over the last 11 years in New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Brussels, Chicago and Tel Aviv. This year’s conference will be held in a larder dedicated space, and feature in depth workshops and panels that will appeal to prospective parents on different stages of the process.
Ms. Neufeld is the founder of Greenspoon Marder’s Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group. Her experience includes surrogacy representation on behalf of surrogates and those intended parents interested in using a surrogate, egg and sperm donation agreements, and adoption (same sex adoptions, step parent adoptions and second parent adoptions). She is honored to represent married couples, both heterosexual and same sex couples and individuals in Florida seeking to utilize various reproductive technologies. She also is a member of Men Having Babies and assists qualified MHB participants in building their family.
