According to the digital media company, the list looks at the country’s “top law firms to help employees and job seekers make decisions about companies that may be a good fit” for them.
Six metrics that determined U.S. News’ Best Companies to Work For include employee perceptions of quality of pay and benefits, work/life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, as well as career opportunities and professional development. U.S. News partnered with Leopard Solutions to calculate the six metrics used in the list. Firms were required to have a minimum of 10 U.S.-based Glassdoor reviews between 2020 and 2022, per data partner Revelio Labs. Combining all applicable data, including employee sentiment and legal market research, firms were later rated on a 1-5 scale.
