Greenspoon Marder Represents Client In Closing Of Multi-Million Class-A 16-Story Office Condominium, Ofizzina

MIAMI, FL – January 16, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder represented TSG Group in the closing of Ofizzina, an over $50 million Class-A 16-story office condominium that includes 54 suites totaling 96,668 square feet of office space, three ground-floor commercial retail spaces and 331 parking spaces. Greenspoon Marder Partner Manuel L. Crespo and Associate Frank Whitaker, assisted by Law Clerk Kevin Correa, acted as the developer’s counsel and title and closing agents throughout the project. The team handled property assembly, financing and structuring, and closing on more than $50 million in units.

Ofizzina is located at 1200 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, Florida. Because of its convenient access, strong municipal services, high quality of life and low seasonality, Coral Gables continues to be a highly desirable location for investors and professionals.
