GREENSPOON MARDER REPRESENTS TSG GROUP IN $32 MILLION ACQUISITION OF
BRICKELL DEVELOPMENT SITE

Miami, FL –September 1, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder represented TSG Group in its $31.75 million acquisition of a 44,575-square foot development site located at 1399 Southwest First Avenue in Miami.

TSG acquired the property from Chestnut Capital LLC for $712 per square foot. Located in the heart of Miami’s Financial District, the property is located directly adjacent to the Infinite Brickell condo tower. A three-story, 34,935 square-foot-office space currently occupies the site and is home to the Consulate General of Mexico. The site is zoned as T6-48B-0, which allows for residential, hotel and office use; however, TSG Group does not currently have any plans for redevelopment.

The Greenspoon Marder team representing TSG Group was led by Manuel L. Crespo, a shareholder in the firm’s Miami office.
