Miami, Fla., January 7, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder represented TSG Group in the $53 million resale of a 44,575-square foot development site located at 1399 Southwest First Avenue in Miami.
TSG first acquired the property from Chestnut Capital LLC in 2017 for $31.75 million. Located in the heart of Miami’s Financial District, the property is located directly adjacent to the Infinite Brickell condo tower. A three-story, 34,935 square-foot-office space currently occupies the site and is home to organizations such as the Consulate General of Mexico.
