Mr. Silvestri will be covering the topic “Legal Best Practices for Marijuana Product Packaging and Testing” will discuss labeling rules, packaging restrictions, obtaining trademarks, avoiding product liability pitfalls, among a variety of other topics.

Mr. Silvestri focuses on representation of clients in highly regulated industries.
