Beth-Ann Krimsky, a shareholder in the Litigation group of Greenspoon Marder, was elected to the inaugural board of directors of the national Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2).
CAC2 seeks to help childhood cancer foundations and advocates collaborate to improve the research and treatment options, family services, and advocacy support for children and families impacted by pediatric cancer. CAC2 also focuses on identifying ways to increase public awareness of the need for a greater focus on pediatric cancer throughout the country.
Ms. Krimsky focuses her practice in the area of complex litigation matters as she handles real estate, land use, commercial and other business disputes in both State and Federal Courts, as well as in quasi-judicial proceedings before City and County Commissions, and other government bodies.
Admitted to the Bar in Florida and New York, Ms. Krimsky also serves as President of the I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation. Ms. Krimsky is also a Fellow for the Florida Bar Foundation and a member of the Broward County Bar Association. Krimsky earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester.
