GREENSPOON MARDER SHAREHOLDER DAVID KUBILIUN ELECTED TO THE MIAMI BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – April 20, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that shareholder David Kubiliun has been elected to the Miami Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL).

The FACDL is the only statewide organization in Florida dedicated solely to the criminal defense attorney, formed exclusively for scientific and educational purposes, and affiliated with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Kubiliun’s practice focuses on effective representation of complex-high profile cases, including one of the largest cases prosecuted in the United States under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, resulting in dismissal of criminal charges for his client. He is frequently sought after and has been quoted extensively by media outlets, including PEOPLE magazine, Fox News Latino, Mediaite, and New York Daily News to name a few.
