TO RECEIVE THE MATTIE BELLE DAVIS AWARD FROM MIAMI-DADE FAWL

MIAMI, FL – May, 22, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Deborah Baker-Egozi will be presented with the Mattie Belle Davis Award from the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (“FAWL”) on June 8, 2017 at the 37th Annual Installation and Awards dinner. Ms. Baker-Egozi will be introduced by Michelle Suskauer, President-elect designate of the Florida Bar. The annual award recognizes a Miami-Dade FAWL member and woman in the legal profession who exemplifies the ideals of professional achievement, perseverance and dedication, demonstrated by the late Judge Davis.

Ms. Baker-Egozi focuses her law practice in the area of commercial litigation, with significant emphasis in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Ms. Baker-Egozi has represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate litigation matters, and has represented receivers. She has also successfully represented commercial landlords in connection with lease negotiations and disputes.
