 APPOINTED TO THE FLORIDA BAR’S APPELLATE PRACTICE CERTIFICATION COMMITTEE

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – May 4, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder John H. Pelzer has been appointed to serve a 3-year term on The Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Certification Committee. Certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of the competency and experience of attorneys in the 26 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida.

Mr. Pelzer is Board Certified in Appellate Practice and handles appeals from a wide array of practice areas including Administrative Law, Bankruptcy, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Patent, Probate and Real Estate.
