GREENSPOON MARDER SHAREHOLDER LARRY CORMAN RECENTLY A FEATURED SPEAKER AT THE HOSPITALITY FINANCIAL AND TECHNOLOGY PROFESSONALS SEMINAR 

Fort Lauderdale, FL – May 3, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Larry Corman was recently a featured speaker at the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals Seminar at Mizner Country Club in Delray Beach. Mr. Corman spoke about the importance of having comprehensive signed documents to enhance the legal rights of creditors and to improve the ability of Associations and private Clubs to obtain and enforce Judgments against debtors.    

Practicing in Florida for over 30 years since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1983, Larry Corman focuses his practice in business litigation, labor and employment law, real estate litigation, contracts, civil rights litigation, constitutional law, and association and private club law. Mr. Corman is a frequent lecturer and has spoken at educational seminars sponsored by the Florida Bar and other civic and educational organizations, regarding the areas of employment, associations and private clubs, and constitutional law.
