GREENSPOON MARDER SUPPORTS THE 24TH ANNUAL NUTS & BOLTS OF FAMILY LAW SEMINAR BY DADE LEGAL AID

MIAMI, FL – November 2, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to support the 24th Annual Nuts & Bolts of Family Law Seminar presented by Dade Legal Aid and the Dade County Bar Association on November 15th. Some of the topics that will be discussed during the seminar include: divorce pleadings and pitfalls, temporary support and fees, equitable distribution, contempt and enforcement, child support, unified family court, evidence & objections, trial/evidentiary hearing, attorney’s fees and ethics of divorce.

Dade Legal Aid (DLA) is dedicated to serving the unmet legal challenges of multi-generational residents across Miami-Dade County. DLA transforms lives daily with zealous advocacy at strategically based offices, mobilizing staff, pro bono attorneys and law firm participants.
