CANNABIS WORLD CONGRESS & BUSINESS EXPO IN NEW YORK

New York, NY – June 15-16, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to be the “Lanyard Sponsor” at the Cannabis World Congress & Business Expo in New York on June 15^th and 16^th. The firm will be at booth #409 during the two day expo.

In addition to the firm’s sponsorship, Greenspoon Marder shareholders Amy Margolis, David Jaroslaw, and scientific analyst Dr. Naira Gorovits will be speakers on the “Into the Unknown” panel on June 15^th from 8:00-8:40 am. In this session, brand owners will learn about trade dress protection and ways to avoid getting sued for trade dress infringement involving labeling and for grower/processors, learn how to avoid violating various state and federal regulatory laws governing Cannabis product packaging.
