GREENSPOON MARDER SUPPORTS THE INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF SHOPPING CENTERS (ICSC) FLORIDA CONFERENCE AND DEAL MAKING EVENT
Orlando, FL – August 15, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder will be a platinum sponsor at this year’s International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Florida Conference and Deal Making event. The annually held deal making event is an opportunity for owners, developers, retailers, brokers, lenders, municipalities, and property asset managers to gather under one roof to exhibit, make deals and form successful business partnerships. Additionally, the firm will be sponsoring the Member Hosted Reception on August 27th.
With over 70,000 members in over 100 countries, ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. The purpose of ICSC is to advance the shopping center industry and to promote its role in the commercial distribution of consumer goods and services by providing educational programs and publications, conducting meeting, advocating the interest of the shopping center industry, and publicizing to the general public promotional and educational shopping center business information.
The firm will be co-hosting the ICSC Cocktail Party on August 28th along with Hays Companies at 6:00 PM. The 1960’s themed event will take place at Brick House + Tavern on International Drive, and will feature performances by the Atlantic City Boys “The Jersey Boy Tribute Act” and a variety of musical icon impersonators including Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra. Guests will get the chance to pose with a 1960’s corvette and enjoy complimentary food and beverages.
