YOUNG LAWYERS DIVISION 20TH ANNUAL CARBOLIC SMOKE BALL

Nashville, TN – July 29, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to support the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s 20th Annual Carbolic Smoke Ball on July 29th. Greenspoon Marder attorney Justin McNaughton is an active member of the organization and was the 2016 president of the Young Lawyers Division.

The purpose of the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) is to promote a better understanding of the law and the legal profession to the general public, to sponsor community, educational, and professional programs for the general public and the legal profession, and to encourage fellowship among the young lawyers of Davidson County, Tennessee.

Mr. McNaughton assists clients in protecting their inventions, software, and investments.  As a trademark attorney, he assists clients in protecting the hard earned goodwill their brands represent. In addition to his busy practice, he is a member of the Tennessee and Missouri Bar Associations and the United States Patent Bar.
