“MARIJUANA, THE LAW & BANKING” PROGRAM

 MIAMI, FL – February 27, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to support South Florida Banking Institute’s “Marijuana, The Law & Banking” program. Additionally, Gillette was named among “15 of the Most Powerful Women In the Weed Industry,” by Complex magazine; and recognized as one of 24 “Cannabis Pioneers,” by Sensi magazine.

The event will be held on Wednesday, March 15th at the Miami Airport Hilton in Miami, FL. The program will include an expert panel discussing a variety of topics, including adopting laws legalizing various aspects of marijuana usage, how those laws are structured and interpreted, the impact on federal law / treatment of marijuana, and the risks to banks/financial institutions.
