CANNABIS INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION’S HOLIDAY MIXER

San Diego, CA – December 5, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to support The San Diego Cannabis Industry Association’s Holiday Mixer on December 6th from 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM at the Music Box. Partner Lance Rogers will be presenting a licensing/regulatory update during the event, which will include networking opportunities for guests and the chance to learn the latest industry news and meet industry leaders from every angle of the business.

The San Diego Cannabis Industry Association (SDCIA) is the local trade association that functions as San Diego County’s chamber of commerce for the cannabis industry, helping to foster and unite retailers, product manufacturers, and resources that impact the political, scientific, medical, and professional aspects of the industry.

Mr. Rogers currently represents many of the leading cannabis companies in California, including retailers, manufacturers, and agriculture ventures. As a litigator, he has handled a wide array of matters related to cannabis including criminal defense, regulatory violations, land use/zoning, complex business litigation and partnership, and dispute matters. In 2011, Mr. Rogers attained the first dispensary license in Southern California through the County of San Diego.
