CHICAGO, IL – July 18, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to support the 2019 Arcview Investor Forum on July 18th in Chicago. The Arcview Investor Forum brings together accredited investors with publicly listed cannabis companies and curated cannabis startups. Partner Sander Zagzebski will be a moderator at the event. Mr. Zagzebski will moderate a panel of experienced cannabis investors, operators and advisers entitled “Investor Due Diligence and Underwriting Best Practices.” This panel will discuss topics including preparing and reviewing due diligence on potential acquisitions and investments, key investment criteria and red flags to avoid when looking at a target, and how to motivate management teams recently acquired, among others. The panel should prove informative both to investors/capital providers and operators, as well as highly relevant to leading consultants and advisers to the cannabis industry.
