The conference will feature practical and personal peer advice and opportunities to meet a wide range of leading providers in the assisted reproduction industry from the USA and Canada. Men Having Babies (MHB) is an international non-profit organization that has helped thousands of gay men worldwide become biological parents through surrogacy.
Surrogacy and egg donation lawyer, partner Marla Neufeld, will host private 20 minute sessions at the MHB “Legal Clinic” on Saturday June 8 to provide general guidance regarding the legal issues that arise with egg donation and surrogacy in Florida. On Sunday, June 9th, Ms. Neufeld is a member of a panel of reproductive lawyers from across the country discussing the legal status of surrogacy across the United States and Canada. The panel will address egg donor and surrogacy contracts, securing parentage rights and general legal considerations to consider when embarking upon an egg donor and surrogacy journey. Ms. Neufeld will share her personal experience with surrogacy within the legal clinic and legal panel to help guide those considering surrogacy as an option to build their family. Ms. Neufeld is a proud supporter of MHB and participations in the organization’s Gay Parenting Assistance Program which offers disounted or free surrogacy services based upon financial qualification.
