Greenspoon Marder Surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Partner Marla Neufeld To Be Featured on CBS Daytime Talk Show “The Doctors”

Miami, Fla. – March 2, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that Surrogacy & Assisted Reproductive Technology partner Marla Neufeld will be a featured speaker on the CBS daytime talk show “The Doctors” on Thursday, March 3. The fertility focused episode will also feature 90 Day Fiancé star, Loren Brovarnik, several other individuals who have struggled with fertility, along with leading medical professionals in the fertility world. Ms. Neufeld will discuss her insights on the legal rights for donors and surrogates.

Ms. Neufeld is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Surrogacy & Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group, which she founded, and represents parties working with a surrogate, egg, sperm or embryo donor. Ms. Neufeld experienced her own infertility journey for many years and ultimately worked with a gestational surrogate to build her own family. She co-authored a book published by the American Bar Association titled, The ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues and Pathways to Success and was the winner of the Law360, Distinguished Legal Writing Awards, Burton Awards- for her article she co-authored titled, The A, B, Cs (along with CDCs and FDAs) of Regulatory Implications over Assisted Reproductive Technology” published in the ABA Health Law Journal, December 2019.
