Greenspoon Marder Surrogacy Practice Group Recognized as an Innovative Practice Group by the Daily Business Review for 2018

Fort Lauderdale, FL – March 30, 2018Greenspoon Marder Surrogacy Practice Group was recognized as an Innovative Practice Group by the Daily Business Review for 2018. Nominations were sought for law firms that pursued unique ways of differentiating a practice group in a crowded legal market.

Greenspoon Marder’s Third Party Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group is a unique legal practice area that focuses on helping couples and individuals to build their own families by advising on the third party reproductive technologies and adoption laws in Florida assisting in areas such as surrogacy, egg, sperm, and embryo donation. The practice group is founded and led by Greenspoon Marder partner, Marla Neufeld. Ms. Neufeld incorporates her personal experience with using a surrogate to assist her clients through the third party assisted reproductive process. She also co-authored a book published by the American Bar Association on the topic titled, The ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success.
